Introduction :

ITC , ILTD Division is having its HQ in Guntur and and Tobacco Leaf Factories in various cities in Andhra Pradesh.

Customer Requirement :

ITC, ILTD Division implemented the Attendance Management System for their Factories situated at the following cities :

Sites :
Chirala : 2000 Persons - 16 machines
Anaparti : 1500 Persons - 9 machines
Raja Mundri : 500 Persons - 2 machines

The Server is situated in Bangalore. The HR Management Software is deployed on a Web based application.

Networking Scheme

All the Attendance Terminals are connected in the Local LAN using Static IP’s at respective location. All the locations are connected on WAN. The local PC at each location is configured with Communication Package COMPRO and pulls the data from Attendance Terminals in online mode. The Data are stored at Bangalore Server in online mode.

The Web based application is used by all. The clients to have a look at the Attendance related reports.
