 Introduction :

TI Group, better known as “MURUGAPPA GROUP” is one of the largest business house in South having manufacturing Set-up’s all over India. They are essentially in Cycle manufacturing (BSA Brand), Metal Forming, Chain Manufacturing and other related Business.

Customer Requirement :

TI Group has implemented a centralized HR management Software for all their factories / establishments. The Server is based in Chennai. TI have implemented RF Card based Attendance Recording System for collection of Attendance Data for all their establishments.

Networking System :

All the Attendance Terminals are connected on the Local LAN using Static IP’s at respective location. There is a local Client PC on the same network having a Fortuna Application Package deployed, configured with the IP address of Attendance Terminals. There is a Central Server having Static IP over Internet. The Application Package in Client PC is configured with the Server IP. The Attendance Data is pulled by client PC Application (Compro) at predefined timings and Attendance Data fetched is uploaded to the Central Server in tandem.

Gateway2000 Pro

All the sites mentioned above are having same implementation at local level. The Data’s are collated at the Server. There are individual Tables for each site and attendance data pertaining to a site is stored in that table.
The HR package reads data from these tables and processes the same for attendance Report generation
